late. darn it.
today is the streaming of results, and i was late.
not late for five minutes or so, but really late late. As in, 40 minutes late.
So, by the time i got there, it ended already.
thankfully, Ms Teo was still in the classroom, and i made it just in time.
Talked to her about appealing to get into express.
She then told me about three different girls whose average is like, near or above seventy.
the first girl had 69.3/69.7% and she was bent on getting into express. So were her parents. Fortunately, she got in but she was struggling like HELL on the first day of sec 2.
[oh and these girls got into express at the start of sec two, as in, their sec one results qualify for the express stream.]
Yeap, so in the end, she left the school as when you go from normal to express, you can't go back to normal again, so you have to retain.
The other story is about two girls, who got above 70% for their overall, and got into express together, as in, the same class. Cause, it like, you don't want to be the only girl from normal being transferred to express, plus, the girls can give each other support.
Now they're like, sec three going on sec four next year. and they're doing pretty well in their studies, even better than some of the express students.
so, after all this, Ms Teo recommend that i should not go to express, as its really tough there.
Darn it. I should have gotten into express at the start of sec 2.
Yeap. Then you know what? She asked me what was the reason that i wanted so much to get into express. A very touchy subject. And i almost cried when i told her the reason. How pathetic is that?!?!
Argh. Well, to sum up the touchyness, its like, my mom keeps comparing me with my sis/ bro, and etc. Yes. Horrible, ain't it?
Oh Plus it rained today, so i had a hunch(sp?)that something was bad was going to happen today. Well, not exactly bad BAD, but bad enough to make me unhappy.
