bible camp.day 2

okay yea...we woke up at about 8am? yea....did devotion with the group. the invitation....psalm 23...heh,i'm refering to the camp booklet now 'cause yea i have a lil bit of short term mem and i will take sometime to remember what i did...but the day that i remember the clearest of all was day 2...something happened. i'll talk about it later...okay,if i'm not wrong,we had bread today? with nutella,peanut butter and stuff. hmm...xue zhen had a stomach pain so me and kenna followed her up to our bunks and got the medicine(sp?) from my KIT...it has just about everything i need in there....and i found my long 'lost' torch in there plus my pink hair tie! yay! okay yea...rest a lil before going for today's praise n worship followed by the sermon in chinese. and then...its dinner!! woohoo! meat! me love meat...rice! me love rice....fan tong! haha...okay and its on to the BIBLE race! much like the burning race but its around toa payoh and not as challenging as the burning race, but its still fun!! and we the toa payoh-ians found out that we aren't true toa payoh-ians.....'cause we din really know much about toa payoh and stuff. and most of the toa payoh-ians are just so nice. just o soo nice...oh yea....at the starting....yea i didn't really know what to do and yea we crossed the road,i was in the front and i was like, super blur lor...just like one big huge blank in my head and i walked on and didn't saw the motorbike...i almost got hit by it thank God i wasn't..and thank you bonnie..wheee~ hezekiah rox! tje only sort of girls team! since david n matthew wasn't in our group---they were helping out in the race---yea super funny...walked and run...run and walk...lost some weight, haha. saw cob! bladie tootie!! lol...yea in army uniform...with lil hair..haha i like the third last station of the bibla race. the one when u have to blow the flour out from the bowl to find the mentos sweets to form our camp verse which is deuteronomy 6:4-9. wahaha i've been reading it over and over again on the shirts and i somehow memorised most of it...just the middle..i can't remember much from the middle...okay,i shall put the theme here...letsee if i can remember it without flipping the bible.

Deuteronomy 6:4 - 9

Hear O Israel:the Lord our God,the Lord is one. love the Lord your God with all you heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.These commandments that i give you today are to be upon your hearts.Impress them on your children. talk about it when you sit at home and when you walk along the road. when you lie down and when you get up.Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. write them on the door frames of your houses and on your gates.

okay fine....i did refer a bit..but only A BIT!!! heh...yea,after 'the door frames...' and yea thats about it...okay back to the third last station of the bible race. yea,me ling and hui qi blew and blew and we digged a lil. When we were done. we just digged for the rest of the mentos for fun and toss 'some' flour on matthew..lol..he was like white,covered in flour..well some part of him. haha his shirt kana alot cos of me and ling..haha! XD yea...the house thingy was may lin's house and yea there was a journal in her room and the ymers pictures were all around the room. the journal is God's journal...yea about what the people did and said about him and stuff..yea...made me reflected.....that i didn't really spend that much time with Him and yea,i felt a little guilty and touched...
flipped on and there was a missing page,which was the last clue,okay i will go on to that later. yea flipped and found a picture of church with some one at the window to the left of the other fellowship door...the stairs. and the lights were on on the third level too..the stairs...yea had good dinner before going into her room and stuff...went back to church but yea we called first and they weren't done with the preparations and we were the first group to reach till here!! woohoo! all girls rockz!! yea so we slacked for about half an hour. went to get pao pao cha..so nice! i like the strawberry flavour! yumm! yea went to the mr bean shop near old chang kee and kendra bought a soya bean ice cream!!oh yeah and we ran into lhm,jasper and and..i forgot..hehe. super yummy..i bought it on the last day! okay yea...went back..they were done..and went into the church.
Dum Dum Dum Dum...very dark..scary...then suddenly da rou and birdy came outta nowhere and we screamed!! AAAAAAaaaaaaaaHHHHHhhhhh! i hid behind bonnie.thn blah blah and the intro...(birdy) this is an abandoned church,what are you people doing here!? Leave..NOW!!! da rou din say anything though,he was carrying the red blinker/torch. yea we sneaked in through the nearest side door and ran around finding stuff and blah blah...hid from the warrents(sp?)...hid from birdy cos he was one of themm...he made us squat behind/under the canteen tables for about half an hour lor!! Pain sia..yea and tommy came to the rescue,he kept aking pictures of us...bla bla..roamed around the church to the attic...scary....so dark....stopped few steps before the attic..found out that it ws lock..read the note...went down to find mr lock/david to get some clues. roamed,hide.....found out thaton the third floor in the sancturary, one of the rooms were lighted up the lil room in the baby room...light keeper/zhi xiang was there...gave us clues...prayed for us, calmed down for a while...bla bla...found the torch...hide...blah blah...blah blah....BLAH...got caught after finding 2 clues by birdy.....he tricked us!
blah blah....he brought us into the small room beside the clubhouse toilet,the so called 'hell' and kept us in there till the next group got caught,asked us lots of questions before that.yea...went out...got the last clue at theplayground thanks to kendra....tried the lock many times and FiNallY, finally,we opened it and got up to find that the life giver/david was really there...ya he was there for about 1hour la....not that bad...mathew had to wait for 2 hours..yea....lighted up te mini candels and found out that the floor was covered with dead bees all over...and i sat on them!! my shorts got dirtied and mom scolded me...just a lil...yea. okay...yea,debrief,and shower, supper which was a cup of milo--miloholic--. shower and yea..couldn't sleep..went to hear yu and gang tell stories..the rubber duckie story and yea...lame but haha at least got something to talk about. tired...smsed....sleep...okay...too long....shall post about the third day in another post.^^
